Who we are

Rickter-RRP designs and sells Rickter stand-up PWC hulls and Rick Roy Products (RRP) performance parts. For anything about your personal data, email info@rickter-rrp.net.

What we collect

When you send an order, hull request or support request we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, postal address and country, the products or hulls you are interested in, and your message. For hull requests you can also tell us your riding style, age, weight and height so we can recommend a set-up; those fields are optional. Support requests can include photos or documents you upload.

We also keep a record of when you accepted this policy and whether you asked to receive our news, so we can show we have your consent.

Why we use it

To handle your request: preparing a quote, passing your order or hull request to the authorised distributor or builder closest to you, arranging warehouse picking and shipping, answering support and warranty questions, and keeping the records we need for warranty, accounting and legal obligations.

If you tick the box to receive our news, we also use your email address to send you updates about new hulls, parts and the Rickter-RRP team. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who need it to complete your request: our authorised distributors and builders, our warehouse, production and sales teams, and the service providers that run this website and our email (website hosting and database, email delivery, the security check that blocks spam, and our mailing-list provider if you subscribed). Some of these providers are located outside your country; we use providers that protect your data with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your request and for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, normally up to six years. We keep your news subscription until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details earlier, unless we have to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it or limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent to our news at any time. Email info@rickter-rrp.net and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives page reloads. With your permission (the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics to understand which pages and parts people look at; you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
